Description
Grapes are entirely handpicked in 20 Kg boxes and sorted upon reception.
Low yield gives rich grapes that are gently pressed and fermented at 18-19 degrees.
Wine is aged for 8 months in oak barrels
Robe: Pale yellow with golden tinges.
Nose: Vanilla, peaches and white flowers
Palate: Balanced Oak. Vanilla is also present with hints of citrus.
Served at 8 degrees, it will marvelously pairs with seafood dishes, fois gras and cheese.
