Karam Wines started commercially in the year 2000 by the efforts of two brothers, an airline pilot in Lebanon and a fruit merchant in the US.

Karam Wines is the only winery utilizing the unique terroir of the southern part of Lebanon; planting varietals that, nobody else in the country has planted, with the aim of creating a new taste for Lebanese wine. Planting starts from 900m facing the Mediterranean Sea, to 1400m in the countless hills and valleys of the Jezzine area; producing 100 000 artisanal bottles consisting of two whites, one rose, five reds, brandy and arak. Exports reach the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Far East and Australia.
