From the holy and sunny hills of Batroun flows the wine of Château Sanctus at 900m of altitude. The family owned Domaine of Marmama was initiated in 1998 on 10 acres of land.
Vine plantation includes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot and Grenache. Château Sanctus offers a selection of mono-varietal wines and blends some aged 12 to 24 months in oak barrels. Both the viniculture and viticulture are certified organic by the European IMC (Mediterranean Institute of Certification) and the European CCPB (Consortium for Biological Control Products), with a total production of 15,000 bottles a year. The terroir of Château Sanctus produces red aged wine with an exciting full bodied flavor that won’t leave you feeling indifferent.
